Our coffee is roasted by Calgary Heritage Coffee Roasters & its delicious!! Serving coffee, lattes. tea, baked goods & lunch items.

Our ice cream is supplied by Foothills Creamery. We have 8 flavors available in the summer months & keep a few on hand year round. Feel free to tell us your favorite flavor as we change them often!

Offering yoga, barre & wellness classes in our beautiful studio with small class sizes (6-8 participants). Some classes are registered while others are drop-in (all classes must be booked within 2 hours of class start time. 10-class pass available. Classes for all ages & abilities. Be sure to check back often for new opportunities.

Offering instructor led DIY Art & Crafts classes with all materials provided. Come create a masterpiece that you can take home to enjoy. We also offer weekly children's programs. Occasionally classes are put on by Artists not employed by Social Grounds & these classes are found under "Other Offerings".  Classes are updated regularly and we are always looking for new ideas and instructors.
